Schedule a personal career planning session with the EFA Admissions Team. Call 316-440-5555 or email info@ericfisheracademy.com today! INTERVIEW 1 1. Complete a General Information Form 2. Complete a career planning session and Academy tour YOUR HOMEWORK 1. Write a letter explaining why you want a career in cosmetology or esthetics (Write 3 paragraphs- tell us: class start date, why you would be a good candidate for EFA, what you want to learn the most, your plan for employment, childcare, housing, tuition and any challenges you foresee while attending EFA) 2. Obtain a Letter of Recommendation from a teacher, employer, etc. 3. Provide a head and shoulder photograph taken within the last 12 months. 4. Submit a high school, GED, or college transcript (upon graduation). INTERVIEW 2 Attend a second career planning session to: - Bring a Government issued photo D.L. or I.D. to copy - Take 12 minute Entrance Assessment - Complete your financial plan - Pay a $200 non-refundable fee to hold your place in the class - Review and submit the EFA Enrollment Agreement A student will be accepted by EFA based on interest, aptitude, ability and completion of the Admissions requirements. The student will receive a written notice of acceptance or rejection. EFA will not discriminate based on race, religion, color, financial status, sex, ethnic origin, age, veteran status, or sexual orientation.
